CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel with a full refund a minimum of 31 days prior to you reservation date.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days or for any no-show. Please note, for RENTAL bookings, we will consider you as a no-show if you are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled pickup time. For TOUR bookings, we will consider you as a no-show if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled pickup time. Therefore, Sunny Blue Scooter Rentals have the right to rent the units to proceed with the tours without the customer(s).
